LIBDEMS ECONOMY GURU TO SPEAK AT SOLIHULL DINNER

The Liberal Democrats' economy guru, Vince Cable, will be the guest speaker at Solihull and Meriden's Annual Dinner at the Ramada Hotel in Solihull this Thursday.

Over 100 guests will attend the sold-out event to hear the party's Deputy Leader deliver his own brand of wisdom on the troubled economy.

Mr Cable has earned respect from all quarters for his commentary throughout the recession, and was voted as the most popular choice for Chancellor of the Exchequer in a national opinion poll. Vince will outline his party's prescription for economic recovery and will also deliver a rallying call for local members ahead of Lorely Burt's re-election campaign next year.
