Parents, helpers and babies at Rhythm Time's summer classes were delighted when Solihull's MP, Lorely Burt dropped in on their activities at Solihull Arden Club in Sharman's Cross Road today.
Lorely was entertained as the babies aged up to 15 months eagerly enjoyed their half hour fun session, packed full with exciting songs, dancing, music and stimulating activities involving lights, bubbles and beach balls for a summer-time theme.
"Sessions like this are great fun for babies and help them develop in so many ways. It's a good chance for mums and their children to get together too," said Lorely.
Solihull based owner and founder of Rhythm Time, Kathy Doolan started her activity sessions in 1995 and now runs a nationwide franchise.
Kathy said:
"It was a great pleasure to have Lorely visit and to see at first hand how our classes are both fun and educational. This is the first time we've held classes during the summer holidays and we have been overwhelmed by the number of people wanting to come along and join in the summer fun."
