Award winners are decided using the IMPACT criteria of Innovation, Management, Partnership, Achievement, Community focus and Targeting need. Celebrating the centre's success, Lorely Burt MP said, "This award is a tribute to all the hard work done by all those who work to support those who are supporting others. "The Solihull Carers Centre is a remarkable and impressive service. The support they give to carers in Solihull is so very important to helping families and loved ones stay together.
