Lorely Burt MP joined members of Shirley Royal British Legion to launch their poppy appeal at Shirley Library today. During this week members of the association will be making their final push with street collections. They are also encouraging as many shops, schools and workplaces as they can to take part in the campaign.

Lorely, a member of the Shirley branch herself, congratulated her colleagues on their efforts again this year. The Solihull MP will attend the remembrance service in Shirley this coming Sunday.
